What our resume review clients say

Patricia • Senior product manager
I wasn’t getting any traction — no calls, no interviews, and no responses to the applications I was sending out. That completely changed after my first session with Julia, where she reviewed and helped me revamp my resume. Almost immediately after implementing her suggestions, I started receiving responses from recruiters and companies.
Juan • Security engineer
Jai was really helpful in pointing out key elements that I was missing in my resume. It was a great conversation and left me with clear action items to improve my resume.
Jenny • Product manager
Emily completely changed the way I thought about presenting myself in a resume. Incredibly helpful, efficient, gave actionable feedback based on my goals. I only regret not doing this sooner.
Lucy • Senior data scientist
Swapnika is patient and amazing! She’s able to effectively brainstorm clear and actionable bullet points for my resume.

Sergio • Business intelligence engineer
Eran provided invaluable insights that reshaped my resume. He identified key transferable skills and reframed my experience to better align with my career goals. I highly recommend his coaching!
Ilya • Software engineer
Tom was an excellent listener who offered fresh and innovative ideas for standing out in the competitive tech job market. He provided valuable insights into different strategies I can explore to get my foot in the door, as well as constructive feedback on the structure and content of my resume and cover letters. His advice has given me a clear direction for improvement.
Muaz • Product manager
Emily is an exceptional coach who meets you exactly where you are in your career journey. FAQs

Can I use credits with any coach?

Yes you can use credits with any coach.

Are credits refundable?

Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of getting purchased. After 30 days the credits cannot be refunded anymore, but you can still use them at any point in the future.

If you do get a refund it will be corrected for the discount you initially got. As an example, imagine you have purchased 10 credits, and paid 10 x $48 = $480. If you end up only using 5 credits, we will refund you the difference between what you have paid ($480), and what you would have paid had you purchased 5 credits (5 x $50 = $250). So in this specific example we would refund: $480 - $250 = $230.

What is your cancellation, "no show" and rescheduling policy?

You can cancel or reschedule coaching sessions for free as long as you do so more than 24 hours before the start of your session.

Within 24 hours, it is not be possible to reschedule or cancel your session.

If you fail to attend a coaching session or are more than 15mins late, the session will be considered a "no show" and will be counted as having been used.

How much can you really get done in 1h?

One hour might not seem like a lot. But coaches are used to making the most of the time. They’ll come ready to the session so you can cover the topics that are important to you and walk away with concrete next steps.

The coaches look intimidating, are they going to judge me?

Coaches’ bios might look intimidating because some of them have worked at big companies and have senior titles. But they’re all genuinely interested in helping you out. They’re here for you, will show empathy, and do their best to help you achieve your goals.

how does Google interview Senior engineering managers or Directors for engineering roles?

Top answer by
Profile picture for Manny R.
Manny R.

Sure, here we go! Senior Engineering Manager, commonly L7 Typical loop: • System design, sometimes two rounds • Coding or code review • People management • Technical leadership and execution • Behavioral/“Googliness” Expected evidence: • Leading multiple teams or a critical platform • Strong architectural judgment • Hiring, coaching, and performance management • Resolving technical disagreements • Cross-team influence • Delivering through ambiguity • Quantified technical and business results They must remain technically credible. “My engineers handle the technical details” is weak. Director, commonly L8 The loop usually emphasizes: • Technical and product strategy • Organizational design • Managing managers • Portfolio and headcount allocation • Executive and cross-functional influence • Execution across several teams • Culture, succession and organizational health Directors may still receive technical architecture interviews, but they must connect the design to team structure, investment decisions, migration strategy, and a multi-year roadmap. Typical Director questions: • Describe an organization you redesigned. • How did you handle an underperforming manager? • Tell me about a major investment you stopped. • How did you secure executive alignment and resources? • How do you prioritize when every program is critical? • Describe a technical strategy spanning several organizations. Common rejection reasons: • Senior EM behaves like a strong IC or first-line manager. • Director behaves like an experienced Senior EM. • Weak people-management evidence. • No experience managing managers. • Stories lack measurable scope and personal contribution. • Strong strategy but insufficient technical depth—or the reverse. Current Google EM postings emphasize technical leadership, architecture, product strategy, and people management. A current Director posting asks for experience managing managers, executive influence, and leadership of a large multi-team organization.

What are the technical and leadership expectations for an E5 Senior Software Engineer at Meta?

Top answer by
Profile picture for Luis D.
Luis D.

E5s are Meta's workhorses. Therefore, they have to be very productive and own the subsystem technical direction. They need to lead E4s and E3s along with collaborating with E6s. They need to be driven to action, work on their features and support other engineers when SEVs (site events) occur. They're also expected to participate in org wide initiatives and help streamline the developer experience and operational excellence initiatives

How can I ace my DoorDash PM interview?

Top answer by
Profile picture for Aamna K.
Aamna K.

DoorDash essentially provides candidates with a lot of information about its product sense and product prioritization rounds, so I think they're really looking for a sharp, structured answer that covers everything they're looking for. I think there is slightly less room for error there compared to product case rounds at other companies. DoorDash places a huge emphasis on success metrics, experimentation, and navigating the complexities of a 3-sided marketplace like the one they operate in. Their margins are razor-thin, so it's really important to get the combination of supply, demand, pricing (and user experience) right to win and beat out competition.

How do Operations case interviews differ from traditional Strategy case interviews?

Top answer by
Profile picture for James T.
James T.

Ops cases focus on how to improve performance within existing constraints vs. strategy cases which emphasize what direction the company should take. Expect to dive into KPIs like throughput, utilization, downtime, or unit costs—not just revenue growth or market share. Ops often deal with short-term fixes and real-time trade-offs, while strategy cases are more long-term. You’re diagnosing inefficiencies, not just testing strategic options - requiring sharper analytical breakdowns and logic trees.

What specific tips and habits will help me stand out during Google interviews as a tech candidate?

Top answer by
Profile picture for Yu-Sheng L.
Yu-Sheng L.

For coding interviews: (1) always think out loud by explaining your thoughts to the interviewer, especially when stuck or unsure. (2) make sure the interviewer understands your idea before diving into implementation. (3) write code in a top-down fashion, which means you can make calls to non-existent functions and fill in the details later, to maximize the chance of completing the main scaffolding. For behavioral interviews: (1) study and practice the STAR framework (2) think about and list out as many past projects/experiences as possible (3) be honest. To stand out: pretend the interviewer is your colleague, demonstrate 'Googleyness', and prepare questions to ask.

How does the jam session work at an Uber PM interview?

Top answer by
Profile picture for Jatin G.
Jatin G.

Typically, candidates receive a case/problem statement about a week in advance. Candidates are expected to prepare a response, often in the form of a presentation or document. The actual jam session usually involves 2-3 interviewers from the team. The focus is less about arriving at the “perfect” answer and more about: The framework and structure used to approach the problem Depth of thinking Consideration of edge cases and operational realities Product judgment and prioritization Ability to incorporate feedback live during discussion Collaboration style and communication Whether the person seems easy to work with
