1. Unused Coaching Credits can be refunded if the request is made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, credits are no longer eligible for a refund. Clients may also choose to transfer unused credits to another User free of charge at any time.
2. Refunds for unused Coaching Credits will be calculated based on the standard price per credit for the credits the Client has used. For example, if a Client purchases 10 credits at $48 each, totaling $480, but only uses 5 credits, the refund will be determined as follows: The Client would have paid $50 per credit for 5 credits, totaling $250. The refund amount will be the difference between the original amount paid ($480) and the adjusted cost for the used credits ($250). In this case, the refund amount would be $480 - $250, which equals $230.
3. Clients have 12 months to use their credits from the day they are purchased. Any leftover credits will expire after 12 months of being purchased.
