1. Unused Coaching Sessions can be refunded if the request is made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, sessions are no longer eligible for a refund, but they will remain available for use indefinitely. Clients may also choose to transfer unused sessions to another User free of charge at any time.
2. Refunds for unused Coaching Session will be calculated based on the standard price per session for the sessions the Client has used. For example, if a Client purchases 10 sessions at $120 each, totaling $1,200, but only uses 5 sessions, the refund will be determined as follows: The Client would have paid $135 per session for 5 sessions, totaling $675. The refund amount will be the difference between the original amount paid ($1,200) and the adjusted cost for the used sessions ($675). In this case, the refund amount would be $1,200 - $675, which equals $525.
3. If a Client has purchased Coaching Sessions that are tied to a specific Coach and wishes to transfer the value of these sessions to use with another Coach, they may do so at any time through the Website.
4. The value of the sessions being transferred will be calculated by dividing the amount paid for the sessions by the number of sessions. For example, if a Client originally purchased 10 sessions at $120 each, totaling $1,200, and has used 5 sessions, the value of the remaining 5 sessions will be determined: ($1,200 / 10) x 5 = $600.
5. Clients acknowledge that only the dollar value of the remaining sessions can be transferred, not the number of sessions. This means that the transferred value will be provided as a one-time-use discount code, which the Client can apply towards the cost of Coaching Sessions with any other Coach. The discount code will be issued to the Client and will be valid for a single use only.
