When you use the IGotAnOffer Platform and the Payment Services, we automatically collect personal information about the services you use and how you use them.
This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us, to enable us to comply with legal obligations and given our legitimate interest in being able to provide and improve the functionalities of the IGotAnOffer Platform and Payment Services.
Information That We Automatically Collect
- Usage Information. We collect information about your interactions with the IGotAnOffer Platform such as the pages or content you view, your searches for Coaches, payments you have made, coaching sessions you have scheduled, messages between parties and other actions on the IGotAnOffer Platform.
- Log Data and Device Information. We automatically collect log data and device information when you access and use the IGotAnOffer Platform, even if you have not created an IGotAnOffer Account or logged in. That information includes, among other things: details about how you’ve used the IGotAnOffer Platform (including if you clicked on links to third party applications), IP address, access dates and times, hardware and software information, device information, device event information, unique identifiers, crash data, cookie data, and the pages you’ve viewed or engaged with before or after using the IGotAnOffer Platform.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and other similar technologies when you use our platform, or engage with our online ads or email communications. We may collect certain information by automated means using technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, browser analysis tools, server logs, and mobile identifiers. - When you visit the Website or purchase a coaching session through the Website, you may be asked to provide information about yourself including your name, address, and contact details.
- When you register on the Website as a Coach, you may also be asked to upload personal identification documents about yourself, such as a driving license, passport, or ID, and may be asked to provide personal banking details.
- When you purchase coaching sessions, we may collect your payment information, such as credit or debit card information.
- We may also collect information about your usage of the Website and information about you from the forms and messages you submit on the Website, including but not limited to messages you send to Coaches, files you upload, questionnaires you submit and your communications with us via email.
- We record all online coaching sessions that take place through our platform, store any files you may upload to the online classroom and data on any interactions you may have in the classroom.
- We collect technical data about your use of the Website, including the device and browser that you are using, your IP address, your time on the Website and the pages that you have visited.
- We may ask for your payment information, such as debit or credit card details. All payment card information is handled by a third party. We do not handle any payment card information ourselves, and are not PCI compliant.
How we use your data
- Your information will enable us to provide you with access to the relevant parts of the Website and to supply the services you have requested.
- If you are a Client, we will use this data to put you in touch with the Coach you have purchased sessions or scheduled sessions with. The information will also enable us to contact you where necessary concerning our services.
- If you are a Coach, your Identity documents will allow us to comply with Know Your Customer legislation, and your bank details will allow us to pay you for Coaching Sessions you have completed.
- If you are a Coach on our Website, we will screen your application to ensure that your qualifications and experience make you suitable to coach with us, and to ensure that you have the right to work in your country of residence.
- If you are a Coach using our website, in order to make the best matches possible, we may use automated decision making to rank you against other Coaches when displaying search results to Clients. We may remove your profile automatically should we deem you are an inactive Coach.
- Your Website use and messaging history will allow us to provide you access to your communications history with Coaches, and help us to settle any disputes that may arise.
- If you are a User of our Website sending messages to other Users, we may screen your messages to ensure that contact details are kept private.
- If you have completed an online Coaching Session either as a Coach or a Client, we may record and store them to help with safeguarding and ensuring the quality of online Coaching Sessions. As a Client, you may view a recording after a Coaching Session has taken place.
- Where you have indicated accordingly, you agree that we may use your information to let you know about our other products and services that may be of interest to you including services that may be the subject of direct marketing and we may contact you to do so by post, telephone, SMS, e-mail, social media or direct mail.
- We may contact you for internal market research purposes, to find out how we can improve our services to better meet the needs of our users.

- We may retain personal data from closed accounts in order to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms and conditions, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, and assist with any investigations and take other actions as permitted by law.

Disclosure of your information

We have Data Processing Agreements with each of our third party providers to ensure they comply with their obligations and responsibilities in processing your personal data.
- The data we collect about your is stored in the United States using services provided by Heroku.
- Third party data processors that may transfer your personal data outside of the EEA are HelpScout, Kit, Google, Stripe, Slite, Slack, Postmark, Cloudflare and Typeform.
- If you are using the Website, we may disclose your personal information to a Coach you have contacted, which may include your first name, and contact details, in order for them to provide coaching services to you.
- If you are using the Website as a Coach, we may disclose information about you to help match you to new Clients. This includes your first name, contact details, and any information you have declared on your public profile or shared with us over email.
- We use third parties to process information such as credit card information and bank account information. By giving us your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing by these third parties. We never give your details to third parties to use your data to enable them to provide you with information regarding unrelated goods or services.
- We may use the information that you provide to us if we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to comply with (and/or where we believe we are under a duty to comply with) any legal obligation; or in order to enforce our Website Terms and any other agreement, or to prevent fraud.
- In the event that we sell any or all of our business to a buyer, or enter into a joint venture with another business entity, your information may be disclosed or transferred to the target company, our new business partners or owners or their advisors.
