I had first session on behavioral interview preparation for Amazon SDM role, with Sanjeet. After the session, it changed the way to think about my responses. He took time to course correct me from the beginning and helped me to have a response which is the most impactful from the example I had. We spend about an hour discussing just one question from one Amazon leadership principle and I must say, it was a very fruitful session. I am glad Sanjeet is helping me in my preparation for Amazon interviews.
