*Pass your interviews* I have interviewed 150+ candidates over the past 8+ years in Google and Meta. I conducted different types of interviews including coding interviews, (AI and ML) system design interviews, behavior interviews, etc. I have been L6 in both Google and Meta for several years and have offered many people advice on career growth and many of them have made their goals with my help. I am passionate to help people and see the grow and succeed. *Make a career transition* For all the past 13 years, I have been working on ML/CV. I have learned a lot of practical lessons and have gained deep ML & technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills.
