Engin is an Engineering Manager with experience at Meta, Microsoft and HBO. He describes himself as a visionary leader, passionate people manager and problem solver at heart. In his career, he's conducted more than 100 interviews, led many interview debrief panels and has mentored tens of engineers and managers. He has also volunteered as a mentor to many college students. He is experienced in behavioral, system design and coding interviews and also interview preparation in general. In his personal life, Engin is a soccer player and a CrossFit athlete. He enjoys sailing and spending time with his family.
