Byron has more than 15 years of experience leading teams in tech for well-known companies like Amazon and Microsoft. He has carried out over 250 interviews throughout his career, many of which he executed during his time as a Bar Raiser with Amazon. Byron has coached and mentored 20+ people toward success and finds the most joy in coaching the PM, product leader, and TPM roles, but also has experience managing and coaching EM and SWE roles. He has a passion for coaching individuals with less visibility within tech, like women and people of color. Today, Byron is a Senior Director leading the Firefox product teams.
