Over the course of several months I have conducted multiple sessions with Pranav. As the result of Pranav's coaching I was able to pass EM interview loop. I have scheduled multiple mock interviews with several different people on this website and I found Pranav's couching style to be the best. Pranav provides reasoning behind each question and what data points interviewer is looking to get. After interview Pranav follows up with a detailed written feedback. Thanks to Pranav's feedback I was able uncover gaps and blind spots in the way I was approaching behavioral interview. He is so structured, so thorough, and he will go through all the aspects the interviewer may be looking for, and explain in detail one by one how you matched against them, and what the best way to approach this is. Pranav ran be through what felt like an extremely good real world mock system design interview. He set the bar high which really pushed me on topics I didn't know well. It also helped me realize my pacing for these style of interview was a bit off for the timeframe and I needed to jump through topics a bit faster which really helped a lot with the real thing as I was better able to control the flow, ask questions to the interviewer for assurance (when needed) and move on when I believed I hashed out the core concepts and not ramble too much. On top of the mock he spent an extra 15mins overtime to talk thru feedback and sent me detailed notes about different "assessment criteria" he would have used in a real world interview at Meta to give me a score. I had my SC interview the next day, so Pranav sent these over straight away that evening. I really got the impression he care a lot of share his knowledge and skills and wants to help you improve and land the job which is nice. I still have a few more rounds to go, but I can safely say this mock interview made a huge impact on my real system Design interview at Soundcloud which went super well. Fingers crossed on the final result.
