Q: How many credits do I need?

Unfortunately, there’s no set answer to that question as every situation is different. We recommend doing one or two sessions with a coach to get started. They’ll be able to give you an assessment of how many sessions you’ll need overall.

Q: Are credits refundable?

Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of getting purchased. After 30 days the credits cannot be refunded anymore, but you can still use them at any point in the future. If you do get a refund it will be corrected for the discount you initially got. As an example, imagine you have purchased 10 credits, and paid 10 x $48 = $480. If you end up only using 5 credits, we will refund you the difference between what you have paid ($480), and what you would have paid had you purchased 5 credits (5 x $50 = $250). So in this specific example we would refund: $480 - $250 = $230.

Q: How much do credits cost?

Credits cost $50 to $40 per credit. The more you buy, the cheaper they get.

Q: How many credits do coaching sessions cost?

Coaches cost 2, 3, 4 or 5 credits per 1h coaching session.

Pavan's feedback was spot-on and confirmed the areas that both my partner, whom isn't in the field, and myself, had prior to doing the mock interview. Beyond this, the day prior to the interview prep, I was surprised with an opportunity to chat with a hiring manager about a completely new and different opportunity. Rather than focus on the mock interview, I wanted to cover how to answer certain questions related to a previous job as well as how to address a particular area of possible weakness germane to the surprise opportunity. Pavan, with very little advanced notice accommodated my "ask" and still help me on the originally planned interview critique. He was also willing to answer some questions about a company I had applied to, for several positions over the years, and only ever had two first-time interviews with. He left me with the feeling that he truly wants to help and does so respectfully and well. I will definitely be requesting his assistance prior to my next critical interview.
