Max is a Sr. Staff AI/ML and a Software Engineer at Apple and formerly at Google. He conducted 100+ interviews, from Junior and up to Staff-level roles (L6) both in FAANG companies and for his own tech company. He mentored 10+ IC engineers at Google and Apple on career development and internal promotions for up to Staff level (L6) positions.
