More information about Lena M.

I am a former Technical Recruiter at AWS in their Stockholm office. Today, I am a Head of HR & Recruitment at a SaaS scale-up. I have over 12 years of experience in tech recruitment and HR, working both for global corporations as well as early-stage startups.
Over the past 13 years, I’ve interviewed more than 1000 candidates and coached at least twice as many. I strongly believe in thorough interview preparation and in the recruiter's role in setting candidates up for success.
Over my career, I have reviewed probably thousands of resumes. I can share tips on how to tweak bullet points, adjust the structure, and make sure your most important skills stand out at a first glance (keeping in mind the 40 seconds that recruiters spend on a CV on average).
I have participated in tense salary negotiation processes involving candidates, hiring managers, and finance teams. I'm familiar with the dynamics, pitfalls, and best practices of these processes and can navigate them effectively.
Unfortunately, there’s no set answer to that question as every situation is different. We recommend doing one or two sessions with a coach to get started. They’ll be able to give you an assessment of how many sessions you’ll need overall.
Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of getting purchased. After 30 days the credits cannot be refunded anymore, but you can still use them at any point in the future.
If you do get a refund it will be corrected for the discount you initially got. As an example, imagine you have purchased 10 credits, and paid 10 x $48 = $480. If you end up only using 5 credits, we will refund you the difference between what you have paid ($480), and what you would have paid had you purchased 5 credits (5 x $50 = $250). So in this specific example we would refund: $480 - $250 = $230.
Credits cost $50 to $40 per credit. The more you buy, the cheaper they get.
Coaches cost 2, 3, 4 or 5 credits per 1h coaching session.
