James was instantly empathetic and had some great behavioral questions. I'm still in the interview process, but I'll report back when I'm done. I wish I had more time to work with him, but I waited until too late a date to start. Book him early, and try to give him a day or two to iron out your appointment time. Otherwise, I highly recommend.
