I've applied for FAANG on other occasions and found it tough. But thanks to working with Kevin, this time I found it straightforward.

It helped to be able to find a coach and schedule different rounds of mock interviews. It also framed what I needed to think about the process.

If you have ADHD (I do) or other neurodiversities where an accommodation might be helpful, just ask for it. I've spent over five years interviewing for Tech PM roles but this was the first time I've asked for an accommodation, and it was incredibly helpful. Meta in particular made it very easy to request.
