What was your preparation strategy?

I did 5 months of prep while working full time (2-3 hours a day). During that time, I watched YouTube videos, did self-practice followed by mocks with others, and read Sequoia's data articles.

What was the hardest part of the whole interview process?

Doing so much prep you get lost and start feeling like you're regressing, which can be discouraging. Everyone has a slightly different framework, and it can be hard to know which one is "right."

Do you have any final tips for other candidates?

Start off practicing on your own and watching YouTube videos. Then you can find a coach and bring specific questions to maximize the time you have together. Also, do lots of mocks by yourself and with others. Ideally you want to mock interview with people at the company you're interested in and at a higher level.
