Geoff is a former Senior Release Engineer and Manager for Google and a former Director of Software Engineering at Pandora. While at Google, he conducted ~200 interviews, primarily for senior-level, staff, and senior staff-level roles (L5-L7). At Pandora, he conducted ~100 interviews for senior-level candidates up to the Director level. He's been working in infrastructure since 1995 and is known for building and nurturing high-performing teams. He is an ICF PCC accredited coach and has coached over 200 clients. He is best leveraged for behavioral, strategy, technical, and system design mock interviews but should not be booked for coding mock interviews. Today, Geoff is retired and focused on leadership and career coaching.
