I've spent 20+ years building production-grade systems across Meta, Lucasfilm's Industrial Light & Magic, Disney, and high-growth startups. I've built high-performing teams and interviewed hundreds of candidates. I coach senior engineers, managers, creatives, and PMs to translate their experience into a clear story you can deliver under pressure.
Expect practical, no-fluff prep: mock interviews, strategy, coding + system design, and resume rewrites that surface your impact so you can thrive.
Over the course of my career leading teams at companies like Meta & Disney, I've interviewed and calibrated hundreds of senior candidates across engineering, technical art, and product-facing roles. My experience spans hiring and leveling software engineers, technical leads, and cross-functional partners in high-ownership, high-ambiguity environments.

As a senior engineering leader and founder, I've reviewed and calibrated hundreds of resumes while building teams across startups and large organizations. I have a sharp sense for what signals real ownership, scope, and impact-and what reads as noise. I know how hiring panels think at high-performance companies, and...
As a founder and senior engineering leader who has operated across startups and large tech organizations, I've helped engineers and technical leaders think clearly about inflection points in their careers. I understand what different environments actually demand-and how to evaluate tradeoffs between scope, compensation, risk, growth, and long-term leverage.
I...
Over my career as an engineering leader, I've negotiated and evaluated compensation packages across Big Tech and high-growth startups — balancing base, bonus, sign-on, equity, refreshers, and non-cash levers like level, scope, and location. I've also coached peers and candidates through offer strategy so they can negotiate confidently, avoid...
I coach senior ICs and first-time leaders who need to ramp fast, earn trust, and lead through ambiguity—without burning out. I’ve spent 20+ years building production-grade systems and cross-functional workflows in high-stakes environments, and I’ve repeatedly had to align teams when priorities are shifting, stakeholders are opinionated, and the...
Yes you can use credits with any coach.
Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of getting purchased. After 30 days the credits cannot be refunded anymore, but you can still use them at any point in the future.
If you do get a refund it will be corrected for the discount you initially got. As an example, imagine you have purchased 10 credits, and paid 10 x $48 = $480. If you end up only using 5 credits, we will refund you the difference between what you have paid ($480), and what you would have paid had you purchased 5 credits (5 x $50 = $250). So in this specific example we would refund: $480 - $250 = $230.
You can cancel or reschedule coaching sessions for free as long as you do so more than 24 hours before the start of your session.
Within 24 hours, it is not be possible to reschedule or cancel your session.
If you fail to attend a coaching session or are more than 15mins late, the session will be considered a "no show" and will be counted as having been used.
One hour might not seem like a lot. But coaches are used to making the most of the time. They’ll come ready to the session so you can cover the topics that are important to you and walk away with concrete next steps.
Coaches’ bios might look intimidating because some of them have worked at big companies and have senior titles. But they’re all genuinely interested in helping you out. They’re here for you, will show empathy, and do their best to help you achieve your goals.
If you aren’t satisfied with one of your coaching sessions for any reason, get in touch with us within 24h of the end of your session and you’ll be eligible for a refund. We refund up to 1 coaching session per user.
About ~25% of coaches on the platform have the SuperCoach badge. Every 3 months, we check if each coach meets the following criteria for the past year. If they do, they earn the SuperCoach badge for the next 3 months.
1. Maintain a 3% or less cancelation rate. SuperCoaches are required to have a cancelation rate of less than 3.0% of bookings they receive. No-shows also count towards the cancellation rate. Low cancellations mean clients can book with confidence.
2. Attain an average rating of 4.8 or higher. SuperCoaches are required to have a 4.80 or higher average overall rating based on reviews from clients over the past year. Clients can therefore expect an great experience when they book with a SuperCoach.
3. Complete 5 or more sessions over the past 12 months. SuperCoaches are required to complete at least 5 sessions over the past year. Clients know they'll be working with coaches who have helped people in similar situations to theirs in the past.
Unfortunately, there’s no set answer to that question as every situation is different. We recommend doing one or two sessions with a coach to get started. They’ll be able to give you an assessment of how many sessions you’ll need overall.
Coaches cost 2, 3, 4 or 5 credits per 1h coaching session.
Credits cost $50 to $40 per credit. The more you buy, the cheaper they get.
