Olga Arbitman is an experienced Engineering leader who worked in top fintech and media companies, such as Bloomberg and the New York Times. As a Director of Engineering and an Engineering Manager, she has led multiple engineering teams in both infrastructure and client-facing sides of the business, and has interviewed and hired many engineering leaders. She has served as mentor and coach to a number of engineering managers, facilitating their career growth and helping them tackle various career challenges.
