Liana is a former Senior Methodologist for Momentive (formerly SurveyMonkey) and has also received employment offers from Facebook and Airbnb. Today, Liana is the co-founder of an AI company focused on pre-hire screening. She has conducted 300+ interviews and has spent time coaching 100+ people. With a doctorate in Social Psychology, she has deep expertise in how to answer behavioral and soft skill questions. She is passionate about DE&I when it comes to hiring, particularly in coaching women and underrepresented groups in tech contract negotiations and interviewing techniques. Her industry technical experience has focused on advanced behavioral analytics, and coding in a range of languages but mainly focused on R and Python.
