Karthik was an amazing interviewer and coach. He personalized our session based on what I had expressed wanting to get out of the session. The session was collaborative and had the right balance of pressure to simulate a real interview environment. He provided helpful tips to keep me moving along (and keep me from retreating into myself) during the session. He asked a variety of relevant and well selected/relevant questions across a variety of topics. He also gave great feedback! He pointed out things I had done well and areas where I could improve, which was extremely beneficial to me. His feedback was specific and actionable. He was attentive and kind. I highly recommend booking a coaching session or mock interview with Karthik!
