Geoff is a former Senior Release Engineer and Manager for Google and a former Director of Software Engineering at Pandora. While at Google, he conducted ~200 interviews, primarily for senior-level, staff, and senior staff-level roles (L5-L7). At Pandora, he conducted ~100 interviews for senior-level candidates up to the Director level.
