What was the hardest part of the interview process?
It took a lot of patience to go through the interview process. I was confident I had the role for 4 months before it materialized. I'm very happy I stuck with them.

Don't give up! Work with your coach to land a position that you would be happy to do day-to-day. on't just aim for what your title at your company is; they may be shortchanging you.
