Confidence. I had not interviewed in 5 years and was very rusty. My nerves were getting to me.

James was an invaluable sounding board before interviews. Delivering some of my answers beforehand really helped me get my nerves out. James was also a great thought partner when it came to questions I should ask the interviewer. He also helped me anticipate some additional curveballs or questions I might get.
