What most excites you about your new job?

I'll be working on the data delivery system team at Amazon and I'm looking forward to the fast-paced environment and new challenges in a large-scale system.

Where were you previously?

I was a Senior Consultant at IBM on 3-year project.

What was your preparation strategy?

I started out researching on Amazon's career website which has quite a lot of materials. Then I found IGotAnOffer and used the Amazon TPM article as the basis for my prep. To make sure I was ready for the onsite, I had a coaching session with Robert.

What was the hardest part of the whole interview process?

One of the trickiest things for me was making sure I had enough variety, you need plenty of examples to pull from when answering questions.

What advice would you give to other candidates?

Take advantage of everything on the IGotAnOffer platform! The coaching gave me more direction and some good extra resources.
