Hi, I’m Amith Narayan, a career coach working with a client who is preparing for Senior Technical Program Manager interviews. I’m looking for experienced Senior, Staff, or Principal-level TPMs who conduct interviews and would be interested in running a realistic paid mock interview followed by detailed feedback. I also have a couple of questions about how the platform works for coaches:
Before booking, is there a way for me to speak briefly with the interviewer to discuss my client’s background, target role, interview format, and expectations?
I would be booking and paying for the session on behalf of my client, but my client would be the person actually attending the mock interview. How does that work?
Once I book the session, can I send the meeting link directly to my client so they can join instead of me?
Can I share the client’s resume, job description, and interview rubric with the interviewer before the session? I regularly source industry experts to help clients prepare for technical interviews, so I’d love to understand the best way to use the platform for this type of arrangement. Thank you!
