Yogesh has been an incredible interview coach and mentor as I’ve explored the TPM career path. The granularity in his feedback, combined with his ability to articulate the meta points needed to be successful, makes for a powerful combination. He’s also truly invested in his clients success. Coaches who are as intelligent as they are compassionate are hard to come by. I would not have landed my TPM offer at Amazon without him.

I did around 5 sessions with Yogesh to prepare for my Amazon PMT interviews and secured an offer from Amazon. He helped me identify LPs relevant to interviews for my level and role, helped me understand what they are looking for in stories of each LP, patiently listened to each of my stories and identified gaps, tactically suggested how I can overcome those, and helped me refine my stories such that I was solid on all LPs as well as function specific questions. Strongly recommend working with him especially if you are looking to interview with Amazon!
