Thanks to Tom! I got and accepted the offer I was hoping for! He helped me tackle my problems around conciseness, giving me very helpful feedback and tips to improve my answers. The tips were key to me doing well in the interview. Once again thanks Tom!

Tom and I did a mock coding interview. Tom gave me great feedback about how I did, along with actions I can take to improve my overall score (more than just completing the problem).

Interview/Discussion with Tom was really helpful. He helped me prepare for my 1st screening round at Meta by sharing insights, conducting mock interview and sharing resume feedback. I was able to do reasonably well in that particular round. I would surely recommend Tom for mock sessions etc.

Tom is excellent at helping, he has helped a lot on how on system design and prouct.

Tom was so very helpful during the mock interview and just offering decent general advice on how to be in an interview. He noticed little nuances like the fact that I kept touching my face and I should stop this. There was advice on confidence, what I need to do to prepare, book recommendation (Radical Candor by Kim Scott). I asked a few questions over email and these were responded to timely and with great depth. There was a mix-up with dates availability but Tom offered to set an earlier date as my interview was fast approaching which I really appreciated. I very glad I came across this site and decided to get a mock interview because the guidance was invaluable. I must say I did not get the role but if I had not had a mock with Tom and all the advice I would not have felt so confident in the interview. I highly recommend Tom and will use again in the future if/when I apply for another Engineering Manager role.
