Riccardo holds an MBA from INSEAD, works in PE, and held roles with Oliver Wyman in their Dubai office and Bain in their Milan office. He has conducted 100+ case interviews and has dedicated time to coaching more than 80+ people. During his 5+ years in consulting, he covered several Due Diligences within the "PE Group" vertical. He also spent 3 years in Private Equity where he did both deal team (valuation, deal scouting, commercial DD) and operations team (value creation and portfolio management).
