Raj was superb to work with, simply superb. Here's why: He was very good at communicating with and his demeanor was very relaxed. He spent a good amount of time understanding my current situation and here's the best part: he came up with interview questions and follow up tangents on the fly that brought out the areas I needed to focus on and which would help me the most.
