Paul was an Engagement Manager after 4 years at McKinsey & Company. His final client engagement designed a charity to address educational disadvantages so, he left to start it up: Teach First. Having joined McKinsey as an Experienced Hire, from a non-traditional background and a mixed-race family, Paul helps get offers for people who, like him, bring something interesting and diverse to consulting.
