Nitish is a Principal Investor at an early-stage Venture Capital fund in London. Nitish's career spans a range of diverse experiences including Management Consulting, Startup Operations, MBA Internship at Big Tech, and entrepreneurship. In his previous roles, Nitish has worked as a consultant at McKinsey. There he interviewed 30+ candidates over 2 years. He was also the lead recruiter for a Venture Capital Fund where he conducted over 50+ interviews. Nitish has coached 10+ case and technical first-year students at London Business School. He has also worked in operation roles at multiple tech startups including iFlix in Southeast East Asia (where he was employee #20, scaled to 400 employees, raised ~$70m+ in Venture Capital funding, started as an international expansion manager, went on to become Chief of Staff and finally led the Indonesia office as a Chief Operating Officer).
