Nimish H.
Hi, I’m Nimish, a Product Manager at Google, previously at Microsoft, Tesla, and an early-stage AI startup. I’ve built products across enterprise platforms, consumer AI, and hardware, from 0→1 launches to products used at massive scale. I coach aspiring and experienced PMs on product design, strategy, execution, and behavioral interviews, with a focus on clear thinking, strong storytelling, and handling ambiguity under pressure. I also help with offer evaluation and compensation negotiation.
I’ve conducted 20+ interviews and mock interviews across my career, including professional interviews during undergrad and PM mocks for aspiring and experienced product managers. I coach product design, strategy, execution/metrics, and behavioral interviews, with particular depth in Google-style PM interviews.
My mocks are designed to feel like the...
I’ve reviewed 100+ resumes over the past 5 years, with a particular focus on product management and technology roles. I help candidates turn strong experience into a resume that is clear, concise, and easy for recruiters and hiring managers to evaluate quickly.
My approach goes beyond grammar and...
I’ve navigated several major career transitions myself: moving from a mechanical engineering background into product management, working across hardware, cloud software, consumer AI, startups, and big tech, and making career moves between Canada and the U.S. I’ve also helped others think through breaking into PM, targeting stronger roles and...
I’ve negotiated multiple tech offers throughout my own career and helped many PMs and other tech professionals evaluate and negotiate theirs, resulting in $1M+ in additional total compensation across base salary, equity, bonuses, and sign-on packages.
I help clients decide what to ask for, understand where...
I’ve mentored aspiring and early-career product managers throughout my career, including colleagues at Microsoft and through the Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA). I’ve also mentored students and peers throughout school and my professional journey.
I focus on practical PM development: product thinking, prioritization, stakeholder management, roadmap strategy, metrics,...
Yes you can use credits with any coach.
Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of getting purchased. After 30 days the credits cannot be refunded anymore.
If you do get a refund it will be corrected for the discount you initially got. As an example, imagine you have purchased 10 credits, and paid 10 x $48 = $480. If you end up only using 5 credits, we will refund you the difference between what you have paid ($480), and what you would have paid had you purchased 5 credits (5 x $50 = $250). So in this specific example we would refund: $480 - $250 = $230.
You have 12 months from the date of purchase to use your credits. After 12 months your credits will expire.
You can cancel or reschedule coaching sessions for free as long as you do so more than 24 hours before the start of your session.
Within 24 hours, it is not be possible to reschedule or cancel your session.
If you fail to attend a coaching session or are more than 15mins late, the session will be considered a "no show" and will be counted as having been used.
One hour might not seem like a lot. But coaches are used to making the most of the time. They’ll come ready to the session so you can cover the topics that are important to you and walk away with concrete next steps.
Coaches’ bios might look intimidating because some of them have worked at big companies and have senior titles. But they’re all genuinely interested in helping you out. They’re here for you, will show empathy, and do their best to help you achieve your goals.
If you’re not happy with your first session with a coach, contact us within 24h for a refund - no questions asked. We refund up to one session per client.
About ~25% of coaches on the platform have the SuperCoach badge. Every 3 months, we check if each coach meets the following criteria for the past year. If they do, they earn the SuperCoach badge for the next 3 months.
1. Maintain a 3% or less cancelation rate. SuperCoaches are required to have a cancelation rate of less than 3.0% of bookings they receive. No-shows also count towards the cancellation rate. Low cancellations mean clients can book with confidence.
2. Attain an average rating of 4.8 or higher. SuperCoaches are required to have a 4.80 or higher average overall rating based on reviews from clients over the past year. Clients can therefore expect an great experience when they book with a SuperCoach.
3. Complete 5 or more sessions over the past 12 months. SuperCoaches are required to complete at least 5 sessions over the past year. Clients know they'll be working with coaches who have helped people in similar situations to theirs in the past.
Unfortunately, there’s no set answer to that question as every situation is different. We recommend doing one or two sessions with a coach to get started. They’ll be able to give you an assessment of how many sessions you’ll need overall.
Coaches cost 2, 3, 4 or 5 credits per 1h coaching session.
Credits cost $50 to $40 per credit. The more you buy, the cheaper they get.
