I am a luxury marketing and strategy executive with over 10 years of experience in Consumer, Retail, and Luxury. I was also a senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey from 2015 to 2019. Post-McKinsey, I worked at Estee Lauder Companies and David Yurman, where I led large teams and constantly coached many people.
It is my passion to help women, people of colour, and immigrants pursue their career goals, understand and deal with unconscious bias in the workplace, and navigate through interpersonal dynamics to progress and flourish in corporate and business environments. Minyi was really invested in helping me stand out from all the other candidates. She asked many questions about the JD, the hiring manager, the team, the potential employer, so that the coaching was tailored to my specific scenario. Additionally, she was great at pointing out my strengths in skillsets and experience and helped me storyline “why me” in the interview process.
