Minyi is a luxury marketing and strategy executive, with 10+ years of experience in Consumer, Retail, and Luxury. She was also a senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey from 2015-2019 where she has conducted over 200 interviews and coached over 20 candidates. During her time at MBA as well as at McKinsey, she was heavily involved in campus recruiting for McKinsey, including being the lead New York Office ambassador for all MBA campus recruiting in North America. She possesses an abundance of interview experience for other cases and behavioral interviews. Post McKinsey, she worked at Estee Lauder Companies and David Yurman, where she led large teams and constantly coached many people. It is her passion to help women, people of color, and immigrants pursue their career goals, understand and deal with unconscious bias at the workplace, and navigate through interpersonal dynamics to progress and flourish in corporate and business environments.
