Masahisa has been in the financial services and fintech sectors for over 15 years, with more than 12 years in product management in the payments and lending space across consumer and small business segments, 7 years of which were in leadership roles (managing and hiring Product Managers, Program Managers, and Marketing Managers including managers of others). Most recently, he spent 9 years at Amazon with the Consumer Payments organization, having held several leadership roles with increasing responsibilities in multiple countries. He recently left Amazon after nearly a decade to pursue opportunities that were better aligned with his passion.
