Karina draws her experience from working as a consultant at BCG and as Associate Director of Career Services at IESE Business School, where she also did her MBA. At BCG, Karina participated in the recruiting process, interviewing candidates both for fit and case interviews.
At IESE she coached approximately 150 Master's and MBA students in their career journey: from CV, LinkedIn, and Cover Letter revision to interview preparation and mock cases.
During her time as an MBA student at IESE, she also went through the entire Consulting preparation of countless workshops and mock cases. Over the last few years, she has informally mentored students and candidates at different stages of their consulting trajectory.
