Joel and I spent the lesson working on behavioral questions. He provided positive feedback as well as tips to improve my answers. He was a probing mock interviewer and guided me to provide data / information I didn't initially answer in my response. It was a great mock interview to help understand what to expect for my Amazon loop interview.

Joel was very transparent and provided great constructive feedback. Provided great information I need for the upcoming loop.

Okay session, but like most other mock interviews in IGotAnOffer the feedback was pretty generic. I was looking for specific technical feedback during the interview, not a summary at the end. For example I would have liked to be interrupted and told something like "at this point, when talking about a microservice like the one you are describing, you should mention X, Y, and Z. Let's try that again and speak to X, Y, and Z", or "your answer is okay, but you need to expand even more on scalability. Try again."

Joel was great to work with, really willing to help and also making himself available for follow up if needed. Generous with time, knowledegable about AWS, he gave me valuable insight on Technical Program Manager role I didn't find anywhere online. Much appreciated.
