I’m a Tech Executive with 15+ years of experience spanning tech, strategy/business, and team leadership at some of the world’s top companies. Having grown from an entry-level role to executive-level leadership, I know firsthand the challenges of breaking into tech, advancing into senior roles, and navigating career transitions.
At Amazon, I have interviewed more than 100 candidates and have spent time coaching over 50 people.
I’ve reviewed hundreds of resumes and, as part of hiring committees at top tech and HRTech companies, helped hire hundreds of candidates across product, engineering, and business roles. I know what stands out to recruiters and hiring managers—and what doesn’t. My coaching focuses on helping clients position themselves clearly,...
I bring 15+ years of experience in product and tech leadership, having navigated multiple career transitions myself—from finance to big tech, and from individual contributor to manager to executive-level leadership. I’ve coached clients through breaking into tech, pivoting roles (like non-tech to tech), moving into management, returning to the...
I’ve successfully helped professionals negotiate at least a 10% increase in their salary offers, drawing on my experience as both a hiring manager and candidate. With a background in HRTech, I bring a data-driven approach to negotiations and a deep understanding of industry benchmarks. I coach clients on how...
With 15+ years of leadership experience in tech, I’ve grown from an entry-level role to manager and eventually to executive-level leadership—and I bring that journey into my coaching. I’m a seasoned product and tech leader with expertise in product management, strategy, and career growth in the tech industry. Unfortunately, there’s no set answer to that question as every situation is different. We recommend doing one or two sessions with a coach to get started. They’ll be able to give you an assessment of how many sessions you’ll need overall.
Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of getting purchased. After 30 days the credits cannot be refunded anymore, but you can still use them at any point in the future.
If you do get a refund it will be corrected for the discount you initially got. As an example, imagine you have purchased 10 credits, and paid 10 x $48 = $480. If you end up only using 5 credits, we will refund you the difference between what you have paid ($480), and what you would have paid had you purchased 5 credits (5 x $50 = $250). So in this specific example we would refund: $480 - $250 = $230.
Credits cost $50 to $40 per credit. The more you buy, the cheaper they get.
Coaches cost 2, 3, 4 or 5 credits per 1h coaching session.
