ExperienceI am a former McKinsey management consultant in the Amsterdam office (the Netherlands). Having spent 5 years at McKinsey, most recently as Engagement Manager leading project teams, I bring a wealth of experience on how to be successful in the consulting interview process.
In my coaching, I draw from my experience of observing effective strategies employed by successful candidates and identifying common pitfalls. In my last years at McKinsey, I primarily worked on climate & energy topics for private and public sector clients.

Frequently asked questionsUnfortunately, there’s no set answer to that question as every situation is different. We recommend doing one or two sessions with a coach to get started. They’ll be able to give you an assessment of how many sessions you’ll need overall.
Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of getting purchased. After 30 days the credits cannot be refunded anymore, but you can still use them at any point in the future.
If you do get a refund it will be corrected for the discount you initially got. As an example, imagine you have purchased 10 credits, and paid 10 x $48 = $480. If you end up only using 5 credits, we will refund you the difference between what you have paid ($480), and what you would have paid had you purchased 5 credits (5 x $50 = $250). So in this specific example we would refund: $480 - $250 = $230.
Credits cost $50 to $40 per credit. The more you buy, the cheaper they get.
Coaches cost 2, 3, 4 or 5 credits per 1h coaching session.
Yes you can use credits with any coach.
If you aren’t satisfied with one of your coaching sessions for any reason, get in touch with us within 24h of the end of your session and you’ll be eligible for a refund. We refund up to 1 coaching session per user.
Coaches’ bios might look intimidating because some of them have worked at big companies and have senior titles. But they’re all genuinely interested in helping you out. They’re here for you, will show empathy, and do their best to help you achieve your goals.
One hour might not seem like a lot. But coaches are used to making the most of the time. They’ll come ready to the session so you can cover the topics that are important to you and walk away with concrete next steps.
