Htoo is a former McKinsey management consultant in the Singapore office. He has done 20+ interviews for candidates during his time in McKinsey and coached many potential candidates coming in for the Business Analyst, Junior Associate or the Associate role. He is able to coach candidates in the most effective way as he knows exactly how the scoring metrics works. Also as he did his bachelor's in engineering, he truly understands the gap engineers face when doing case interviews. Currently, he regularly coaches case interviews with his MBA Cohort.
