I am a Principal Engineer with a passion for opening doors for others and helping people push their potential, both technically and from a leadership perspective. My experience spans multiple decades of software engineering leadership, including a bar raiser with over 300 interviews at Amazon. I provide expert mentorship and coaching for engineers at all stages of their careers -- whether that's honing system design skills, scaling leadership across organizations, or getting hired/promoted.
I've interviewed over 300 candidates at Amazon, with more than half of those as a bar raiser across all levels in both engineering and product roles, ranging from junior to principal levels.
My expertise is in helping individuals understand how to succinctly express their strengths in ways that...
Having served as a bar raiser for Amazon and a core interview committee panel member at several fast-paced startups and mid-size companies, I have screened 500+ resumes and partnered in the hiring of 200+ top-tier candidates. I know exactly what recruiters and startup hiring managers with high bars are...
In my career, I’ve mentored engineers at every level, overseen organizations of 100s of engineers, and served on hundreds of senior promotion panels. I know exactly what top-tier tech companies demand, but also know that a sustainable career requires more than just chasing the next promotion.
I take...
I understand that stepping into senior leadership is a completely different game. As an Amazon Principal Engineer leading a 100+ person org, I’ve navigated the step-change expectations firsthand—from evaluating hundreds of senior promotions to directly pitching VPs to fund new initiatives or salvage failing ones.
My coaching is...

Yes you can use credits with any coach.
Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of getting purchased. After 30 days the credits cannot be refunded anymore, but you can still use them at any point in the future.
If you do get a refund it will be corrected for the discount you initially got. As an example, imagine you have purchased 10 credits, and paid 10 x $48 = $480. If you end up only using 5 credits, we will refund you the difference between what you have paid ($480), and what you would have paid had you purchased 5 credits (5 x $50 = $250). So in this specific example we would refund: $480 - $250 = $230.
You can cancel or reschedule coaching sessions for free as long as you do so more than 24 hours before the start of your session.
Within 24 hours, it is not be possible to reschedule or cancel your session.
If you fail to attend a coaching session or are more than 15mins late, the session will be considered a "no show" and will be counted as having been used.
One hour might not seem like a lot. But coaches are used to making the most of the time. They’ll come ready to the session so you can cover the topics that are important to you and walk away with concrete next steps.
Coaches’ bios might look intimidating because some of them have worked at big companies and have senior titles. But they’re all genuinely interested in helping you out. They’re here for you, will show empathy, and do their best to help you achieve your goals.
If you aren’t satisfied with one of your coaching sessions for any reason, get in touch with us within 24h of the end of your session and you’ll be eligible for a refund. We refund up to 1 coaching session per user.
About ~25% of coaches on the platform have the SuperCoach badge. Every 3 months, we check if each coach meets the following criteria for the past year. If they do, they earn the SuperCoach badge for the next 3 months.
1. Maintain a 3% or less cancelation rate. SuperCoaches are required to have a cancelation rate of less than 3.0% of bookings they receive. No-shows also count towards the cancellation rate. Low cancellations mean clients can book with confidence.
2. Attain an average rating of 4.8 or higher. SuperCoaches are required to have a 4.80 or higher average overall rating based on reviews from clients over the past year. Clients can therefore expect an great experience when they book with a SuperCoach.
3. Complete 5 or more sessions over the past 12 months. SuperCoaches are required to complete at least 5 sessions over the past year. Clients know they'll be working with coaches who have helped people in similar situations to theirs in the past.
Unfortunately, there’s no set answer to that question as every situation is different. We recommend doing one or two sessions with a coach to get started. They’ll be able to give you an assessment of how many sessions you’ll need overall.
Coaches cost 2, 3, 4 or 5 credits per 1h coaching session.
Credits cost $50 to $40 per credit. The more you buy, the cheaper they get.
