Christian chose how to kick off his career the same way he chose his university degree: following what excited him back then, what made him say "oh yes, I want to do this!" After 5 years of love with the creative industry, and three years of interviews, he got into Google. He wanted to work for the best employer in the world (his take) and to level up his experience in digital: he covered 3 different roles, including people and hiring manager, and worked across Europe and Middle East, before giving priority to his personal life and coming back to my home country, Italy. To do that, he took a more uncomfortable path and tried different types of companies: a start-up (Ciaodino), a scale-up (Persado) and a multinational monster 5 times bigger than Google (Accenture). Currently, he is a leadership & career coach, member of the Digital Advisory Board of Telethon Foundation, a leading charity organization in Italy. He employs coaching and self-development models to inspire people to find more clarity and follow their inner strengths and desires. He also lectures in business schools, where he shares his insights and expertise on leadership and people development. In these years, he has interviewed for Google, Amazon and Meta, covering all aspects of the recruiting process, and would love to share this expertise and help you land your dreams' offer. Proud dad of a 4 yrs old boy, he is madly in love with music (now practicing drums!) and Canary Islands.
