Andre has over 16 years of software engineering experience. He is a Director of Software Engineering for DocuSign. He also worked at Microsoft for over 8 years. Over his career, he's conducted more than 200+ interviews and has spent time coaching 25 people and people managers. He has worked in many different domains including ERP, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), DevOps, Front End, and Identity platform. The tech stacks he is familiar with are C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, and Typescript, but he is happy to see code from folks in any language during the sessions.
