Eduardo was a McKinsey management consultant in the Spanish office, with a background in Physics and currently working as a business impact leader in a sustainability start-up. While at McKinsey he interviewed 20+ candidates and gave 50+ 1:1 coaching sessions. He has successfully passed all stages of the McKinsey and BCG processes, and have been working as a coach for 2+ years helping over 300 students. His coaching philosophy is pragmatic and revolves around building up the candidate's capabilities and confidence through real-world case simulations and focused theory and frameworks whilst building a challenging yet supportive environment where mistakes are just lessons. He believes in helping the candidate gain an insider perspective into how interviewers perceive candidates and their replies, in order to gain an insider perspective on the interviewers' mind to best win them over and secure the offer.
