Federica is a former McKinsey management consultant in the Milan office (Italy). While at McKinsey she was heavily involved in the recruiting process from leading information sessions for students to coaching applicants to preparing candidates selected for first and second-round interviews. She's coached over 40 people and her coaching philosophy revolves around customizing each session to target the candidate's development needs. Today, she is pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School in New York City.
