Eishan is a former Program Manager for Uber in Singapore and The Netherlands. While at Uber he set up and scaled safety, social, and fraud support teams from 17 to 300+ over 13 markets across Asia-Pacific. He has carried out over 25 interviews throughout his career with Uber and coached over 60 employees, peers, and colleagues. Eishan isn't new to the coaching world, as he has practiced interviews with over 150 candidates through other coaching portals and peer-to-peer platforms. Presently, Eishan is based in the UK and is a Consultant at a top management consulting firm.
